Mr. Taylor is a senior management professional with over 20 years' experience in resourcing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, engaging and managing complex stakeholders and overseeing high-value contracts. Noel has a depth of strategic management experience in large scale corporate environments, as well as small scale non-profits. He is a leading international expert in the field of modernizing land and property registries and cadastral systems, from business area analysis through policy development and digital disruption of government services. Noel has worked with a range of bilateral and multilateral agencies, non-profits, government, and the private sector, and brings a breadth of established and strategic relationships to his work.
Mr. Taylor is the Co-Founder & CEO of Heragami, a consultancy firm that provides advisory services in the areas of land administration. He holds a M.Sc. in Geospatial Science from Curtin University of Technology, and Bachelor of Geomatics from the University of Melbourne.
