Dr. McElhaney is Adjunct Professor at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She founded the Center for Responsible Business, which was rated #1 in the world by the Financial Times. She recently founded the new Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership (EGAL) at Haas. She has developed the concept of "equity fluent leadership" and teaches, consults and keynotes globally on this area. Kellie keynotes, consults and develops executive education for Global 1000 companies all over the word in developing integrated sustainability and women’s investment strategies.
