Jessica Melton is an international development professional with extensive experience in project management, implementation and operational design. She has worked overseas managing operations for USAID projects in countries such as Iraq, Jordan and Afghanistan. Throughout her career in operations, Ms. Melton has implemented all stages of the project life cycle including start-up and close down. She is particularly skilled in Human Resource management, operations systems, and the procurement process. Ms. Melton has an M.Sc. in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature from Georgetown University.
