Gender Resources, Inc.  is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) specializing in gender consulting for companies, governments, and NGOs. Our consultants have experience in over 35 countries in multiple sectors. 

 

Objective:

  

GRI is currently looking for Gender Advisors for long and short term positions with development projects around the world.

 

Qualifications:

  

• Minimum ten (10) years experience promoting gender equity and women's empowerment

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Local governance
  • Parliamentary strengthening
  • Political participation
  • Community outreach /Advocacy
  • Agribusiness 
  • Microfinance
  • Climate change 
  • Policy Development
  • Gender Based Violence
  • Organizational development
  • Business development
  • Leadership
  • Capacity development

• Strong management and organizational skills

• International experience

• Prior experience on USAID projects a plus

• Professional level fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
